Notes for International Customers –

To place an order or enquiry on the CIEM, please us our ENQUIRY FORM (click here)  that would look like the following below –

2) After we have received your order form, we will send you your confirmation design, Personal Order Number and total amount in a pdf.format as well as our paypal account. (When making payment, please kindly also input the personal order number so it will be easier for us to facilitate your payment confirmation faster.

3) For international orders payment, we are only able to accept payment via paypal or bank wire transfer. (Bank wire transfer can also be made to our Singapore bank account in Sing Dollars)* Any fees arising from the costs of the bank wire transfer must be bourned by the buyer.

4) Once we have confirmation of payment from you, you will be able to track your product on the Order Tracking Page with your Personal Order Number.

5) Turn around time from the confirmation of the payment is usually 14 working days.

6) All Ciems orders except reshells are covered under Limited 1 Year Warranty[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
